Hi Bill I hired People in the past and they where marketing Companies but the all crooks , liers , cheats , low Life scumbags every single one of them ,,, the reason People want to do in house marketing it’s exact reason I pointed out all those reasons ..,they have someone in Tajikistan clicking on it and they claim customers did it ..

I was listening to the Podcast once you said you had this recording on RUclips. I'm watching the replay.
It sure is a different "selling environment" than it was in the 1980s and the 1990s, where I got trained. Those people don't make decisions anymore, they're old, and the young people don't do what the older people did. They didn't think, that way was smart. And you're absolutely correct. If salesman today, don't "change their style" they'll starve to death, and never know why. It's because they're trying to do Feature - Advantage - Benefits selling. That "type of system" used to work, but doesn't work in the 21st century in 2022. This was a great video, and some good advice! aloha
Good advice with the case file. I noticed that sometimes, the conversation can take you in a completely different direction. That *can* be fine for a bit, but writing the questions down will certainly help getting back on track and focus on what you need to know intellectually to then approach the "emotional track"
